First step is to download the Microsoft Image resizer Powertoy from the link below.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

When this is installed, select the pictures for upload, and right-click them, select 'Resize Pictures' as in the image below. Then select 'Medium (fits a 800x600 screen)'



Next step is to go to photobucket.com and create an account or login.



When you are logged in, select 'old uploader' as in the pic below.



Now you need to select 'Browse' an select the re-sized files for uploading. When all are selected, hit 'Upload'.



When the pictures are uploaded, copy the 'IMG' code as in the picture below.



The last step, is to go to the forum and post the code in the post you are making. This will show the image when you post it.
