i bought a 1993 1.6 cvh sierra with the engine blown and have a pinto at home.what do i need to change?

Hi Mate,

Is it a carbed engine or the CVH?

He says its a CVH and he wants to but in a Pinto :D

its fuel injection cvh.want to stick in a carbd pinto and wondering is it much work and what do i need

Hi, you have done exactly the same as I did to the azura initially.

It's relatively simple, if not a lot of work.

You will need to change the following:

Fuel Tank
Fuel lines
engine wiring (plugs into a multiplug behind the battery)
Engine
Exhaust
Radiator etc

it sounds harder than it is - you will be able to retain the same gearbox, etc

nice 1 thanks.got engine radiator tank exhaust.all i need is engine loom.is there much difference in the fuel lines?
